Advise dynamic PE backed companies on Transfer Pricing

The Opportunity

A well-established tax and advisory practice is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its private business team, working with privately owned UK companies, including fast-growth start-ups and private equity-backed businesses, as they expand internationally and navigate cross-border transactions.

The team covers the full transfer pricing lifecycle, helping clients set up, document, monitor, and where necessary defend their intercompany pricing arrangements in line with their wider commercial strategy. Demand for the team's services is strong, and it's on an ambitious growth path, making this a good moment to join and grow with it.

What You'll Be Doing

* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing a consistently high level of service
* Playing an active role in business development, from nurturing existing accounts to helping bring in new clients
* Taking ownership of transfer pricing engagements from start to finish, balancing technical quality with commercial pragmatism
* Managing risk sensibly, for both clients and the firm
* Supporting and coaching junior colleagues as part of day-to-day work
* Settling in quickly with new teams and collaborating well across the wider practice

What You'll Need

* Strong technical grounding in transfer pricing, with a genuine drive to keep learning
* Confident communicator, comfortable adapting your style across written and spoken interactions
* A commercially minded, client-first approach
* Good judgement around risk and when to flag issues upward
* Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise, hit deadlines, and manage your own workload
* A relevant degree, plus a professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ACCA, CFA, law, or similar), or equivalent specialist tax experience
