A high-growth tax technology and transformation team is looking to appoint an experienced AI & Data Tax Manager to help financial services organisations transform the way their tax functions operate. The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Lead end-to-end AI and data projects, from solution design through to delivery.
* Develop innovative AI, machine learning and data-driven solutions for complex tax challenges.
* Work closely with senior clients, translating technical concepts into clear commercial outcomes.
* Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
* Contribute to propositions, pitches and business development.
* Help shape the responsible use of AI, including governance, quality and risk considerations.
* Stay at the forefront of developments in AI, data and tax technology.
* The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across AI, data science and software development, including Python, machine learning, generative AI and AI/agent-based solutions. Experience working with large datasets, cloud/data platforms, Git, Docker and Agile methodologies would be highly valuable.

Knowledge of financial services, tax technology or regulatory reporting would be advantageous, but candidates with strong AI and data credentials looking to apply their expertise within tax are encouraged to apply.
