A career-defining opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Tax professional to join an expanding advisory team, taking a senior role in delivering bespoke tax solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurial clients.

This is a role for someone looking to combine technical advisory work, senior client exposure, leadership and business development. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex assignments, develop trusted relationships with clients and advisers, and play an important role in shaping the continued growth of the team.

The role will involve:

* Leading a varied portfolio of complex private client advisory assignments.
* Providing commercially focused tax advice and practical solutions.
* Building and strengthening relationships with high-value private clients and their advisers.
* Overseeing complex personal tax compliance and advisory matters.
* Working alongside specialists across different areas of tax and finance.
* Managing, coaching and developing junior professionals.
* Supporting the identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
* Contributing to the growth, strategy and direction of the wider team.
* Keeping abreast of technical developments and sharing knowledge across the business.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

* A professional tax or accountancy qualification such as CTA, ACA, CA, ATT, STEP or equivalent.
* Strong experience in private client tax advisory work.
* A track record of managing complex assignments and multiple client projects.
* Experience of managing and developing people.
* Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills.
* The confidence to operate at senior client level and contribute to business development.
* Exposure to international private client matters would be advantageous.
