M&A Senior Tax Manager - 12 months

M&A tax interim tax job in London requires an experienced M&A tax specialist who is at a Senior Tax Manager level, for this interim M&A tax job in London.

Joining the M&A tax team of this MNC, the M&A Senior Tax Manager will play a key part in supporting on a significant transaction, along with other tax work on simplification projects, divestments and restructurings.

A significant interim tax opportunity to gain exposure to high profile transactions while working closely with senior tax professionals, corporate development teams, treasury, finance, and external advisors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Provide tax advice on M&A activity and restructurings.
* Assist with tax due diligence processes.
* Prepare tax structuring reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
* Liaise with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
* Support on a legal entity rationalisation project.

The successful applicant will have significant experience from a Big 4, Top 10 practice, or large multinational corporate tax function, and from this they will have experience advising on M&A transactions, tax due diligence, and transaction structuring.

* An excellent remuneration package is on offer and accompanying the base salary is a car allowance, completion bonus, pension, on site gym and free breakfast and lunch in the onsite canteen, all whilst working in central London.
