Corporate Finance M&A (M&A Tax background to move out of tax)

Our client is a top leading insurance business looking to hire an M&A Tax professional in to a Corporate M&A Finance role, if you are a Big 4 or tax lawyer manager or senior manager level looking to move out of tax in to Finance this is the opportunitty in to a new team.

You will be:

Maintaining and developing relationships with key M&A production and distribution sources, with a particular focus on brokers, law firms and accountants.

Attending client meetings, seminars and marketing events and representing Brockwell, at such events.

* Analysing deal documentation, due diligence materials and processes employed in M&A transactions, to assess the insurability of each risk.

* Drafting and negotiating bespoke policy wordings to contractually document the risks.

You will be a key member of the team and as the business grows, our client is expecting to lead more junior members of the team and help drive the business forward

Big 4 m&a tax background OR tax lawyer in a top leading firm

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to negotiate with commercially and legally sophisticated advisors and clients

Ability to understand and execute commercial decision making
