Our client is a global law firm with a succesful M&A tax departnment advising UK and international clients from a range of sectors on tax transactions.
They have a current need for a Partner level corporate tax specialist who has experience of advising on UK and international M&A transactions. This role requires up to date knowledge of tax legislation pertaining to M&A transactions and the succesful candidate will need to demonstrate strong clientt management skills. You will not be expected to do any client or business development.
This is a lucrative role that will suit a senior corporate tax lawyer who is able to quickly identify issues and work effectively as part of a team; there is a longstanding team of Associates and Senior Associates to provide ongoing support. The role offers working from home, flexible hours and you will be paid on an hourly basis.
