Reporting & Governance Manager - 12 months, to £90k

Unique opportunity in tax reporting and governance, requires a tax reporting specialist who has governance framework building experience.

Harnessing your tax reporting experience and implementing governance controls and procedures, this position is fundamental to the long term structure of the tax team of this company.

Reporting to the Global Head of Tax and joining the company on a 12 months project basis, the key responsibilities will include:

* Group reporting - for half year and year end.
* Implementation of a Group accounting manual.
* Financial planning and analysis, and look at potential alternative solutions.
* Review of monthly tax forecasts.
* CBCR duties.
* DAC 6 analysis.
* Tax control framework - carry out a tax controls review.
* Lead on the global risk register.

To be considered for this role you will have a tax reporting background and either a strong interest, or have had a practical experience, in tax governance frameworks.

As this is a newly created project role, the successful tax professional will have the aptitude, interest and importantly the organisational skills to lead on this important assignment.
