International Tax Manager (fully remote working) - to £90k + bonus

One of the world's leading independent brokers is looking to add an International Tax Manager to its experienced UK-based team. Whilst the role is UK based, the expectation is for the team to be fully remote.

As the International Tax Manager, you will report directly to the Head of International Tax and Transactions. This is a comprehensive role where you will be responsible for non-UK tax accounting and reporting as well as the design and implementation of controls and governance for companies outside the UK to satisfy the Group's quarterly tax reporting requirements.

You will have ongoing interaction with the international business unit's finance teams to address tax strategy and M&A activity, and to identify areas of tax risk which require additional Group Tax attention.

You will also be responsible for managing the engagement of external tax advisors to provide central oversight of tax advice to the Business Units, in addition to the development, management and implementation of transfer pricing policies.

This opportunity will pay you circa £90,000 base plus bonus and benefits.
