Capital Tax Recruitment is currently partnering with a Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit an ambitious Manager looking to take the next step up in their career or an existing Senior Manager wanting to utilise their skills to advise international businesses. Previous experience working with multinationals is helpful but strong technical skills, drive and curiosity are essential.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Managing the successful delivery of excellent technical advice including refinancing, tax structuring, tax authority enquiries and providing support to the wider corporate tax team.
* Liaising with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to monitor their input into tax advisory projects.
* Working as a member of the team to provide international and complex UK tax advisory services to support clients achieving commercial objectives.
* Managing aspects of the team's performance and operations including resourcing.
* Pursuing opportunities for new work and participating with Directors and Partners in business development activities.
The suitable candidate will be adept at multi-tasking in this dynamic role and will have the support and backing of a team of like-minded specialists who are all well rewarded on team and individual performance levels.
