Senior Tax Manager - Fully Remote

My client is a leading global business providing a range of professional services to businesses around the world. We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager with a strong focus on international tax advisory to join their team. Responsibilities:

- Provide international tax advisory services to clients on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing and M&A activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex international tax issues
- Conduct tax research and provide support in relation to tax planning strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on tax matters
- Manage and review the work of junior tax professionals on the team
- Work closely with other departments within the firm to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Assist with business development initiatives, including proposals, pitches and presentations

Requirements:

- A relevant degree and professional qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA) would be preferred
- Experience in corporate tax, with a focus on international tax advisory and experience in transfer pricing, M&A and cross-border transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of international tax issues and regulations
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams, as well as develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues to non-tax professionals
- A proactive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Package:

- Salary c. £75,000
- Bonus around 15%
