Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of their international tax compliance and planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax support for international business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with multi-national organisations whilst advising best practice on their M&A activities.
• Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Assist with business development initiatives, including proposals, pitches and presentations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex international tax issues
Requirements:
• CTA/ACA (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of successfully managing global tax projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in tax management
