A major international advisory group is seeking a Director to join its growing Alternative Investment Transactions practice. This is a senior position for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working on high profile investment activity, cross border transactions and complex commercial structuring.
The role sits within a specialist team that supports alternative investment funds on buy side and sell side diligence, tax structuring, modelling, SPA review and wider transaction support. The work spans multiple sectors and offers exposure to a broad range of global markets.
Key aspects of the opportunity
* Lead complex international tax and transactions projects with significant client visibility
* Advise investors on structuring, diligence and commercial considerations across alternative investment deals
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the growth of a high performing team
* Develop and mentor junior colleagues while shaping team strategy
* Enjoy flexible working arrangements within a collaborative environment
Candidate profile
* Strong background in UK tax with experience in transactions or restructuring
* Proven ability to lead client engagements and review complex technical work
* Professional qualification such as ACA, ATT, CTA or equivalent
* Confident communicator with a commercially minded approach
