What you'll do:
* Advise clients on complex employment tax legislation and HMRC interpretations.
* Support corporate transactions through employment tax due diligence.
* Provide guidance on remuneration structures, benefits, and expenses.
* Assist with HMRC liaison and dispute resolution.
* Deliver advisory projects and contribute to client meetings.
* Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise.
What we're looking for:
* Strong understanding of employment tax legislation.
* Professional qualifications (ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalent) - fully or part qualified.
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
* Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
