Your new role
This is a senior Business Tax Advisory Associate Director role for an experienced tax professional who thrives in a leadership position.You'll take ownership of a significant client portfolio, acting as a strategic adviser to business owners and senior finance leaders. Beyond delivery, the role carries responsibility for growing advisory work, strengthening key relationships, and contributing to the overall direction and success of the Business Tax Advisory team.You'll work closely with Partners, lead and mentor managers and seniors, and collaborate across service lines to deliver joined‑up, high‑value solutions. This role suits someone ready to operate at a leadership level, with a clear pathway toward continued progression.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* Proven senior management and leadership experience, with responsibility for client strategy, people leadership, and contribution to wider practice growth
* ACA and/or CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Significant experience advising medium-sized business groups on corporate tax
* Strong technical expertise combined with sound commercial judgement
* Proven ability to lead, manage, and grow senior client relationships
* A track record of originating, winning, and delivering advisory work
* Experience managing fees, WIP, and engagement economics
* Confidence working alongside Partners and influencing at senior levels
* Experience developing and mentoring high performing teams
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
