This role sits within the Transactions Transfer Pricing team, which delivers strategic and commercially focused solutions for clients operating across global markets. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping international tax strategies, navigating evolving regulations and delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' commercial priorities.
The Opportunity
The Transfer Pricing team leverages technical excellence, commercial insight and a collaborative approach to create value for clients across jurisdictions. As a Director, the successful candidate will lead high‑impact projects, drive technical quality, build strong client relationships and contribute to the long‑term growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and sustaining strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities and contributing to business development.
* Shaping and articulating solutions to complex technical matters, collaborating with internal teams, clients and tax authorities.
* Leading the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercially practical outcomes.
* Identifying opportunities to involve additional technical disciplines to enhance the scope and value of services delivered.
* Identifying and managing areas of risk for clients and the firm, escalating when appropriate.
* Overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of exceptional client service.
* Building internal and external networks and managing the resulting flow of opportunities.
* Supervising, mentoring and coaching team members to support their development.
* Contributing to the management of team strategy, operations and junior staff development.
