A leading UK professional services firm is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Director to lead and grow its UK transfer pricing capability at a national level.
The firm has recently established its transfer pricing offering and is now looking for a senior hire to take ownership of the service line, develop it into a centre of excellence and drive future growth. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with an existing corporate tax practice and an established international network.
This position has a strong advisory focus, supporting UK and internationally operating clients on transfer pricing strategy, cross-border transactions, supply chain structures and governance. A key aspect of the role will be advising on debt and interest deductibility, particularly in private equity and investment contexts. The director will also support transactions and due diligence, oversee transfer pricing documentation, assist with audit support, and provide HMRC enquiry support where required.
Essential requirements include:
* ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification
* Significant experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects
* Strong expertise in debt and interest deductibility for UK and cross-border structures
* A demonstrable track record in developing new client work
* A strong commitment to client service

Technical Expertise
The role will involve delivering transfer pricing services across a wide range of areas, including:
* Advising mid-tier and multinational groups on transfer pricing policies, strategies and documentation
* Preparation and review of local and master files
* Debt and interest deductibility advice for private equity, property and investment transactions
* Supply chain reviews and analysis of tax implications
* Functional analysis and selection of appropriate pricing methodologies
* Benchmarking studies and intercompany agreements
* Transaction support and due diligence
* Risk and governance diagnostic reviews
* HMRC enquiry support
* Audit support for larger corporate clients
