OMB Tax Manager – Bristol
£50,000 to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits
Clark Wood are recruiting for an OMB Tax Manager to join an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in Bristol.
The role would suit a CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified tax professional with strong experience advising owner-managed businesses.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of OMB clients
- Review Corporation and Personal Tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory support
- Advise on profit extraction and remuneration
- Support business restructures and incorporations
- Advise on CGT and Business Asset Disposal Relief
- Work closely with Accounts, Audit and Partners
- Identify further advisory opportunities
- Review junior team members' work
About You
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous UK accountancy practice experience
- Strong OMB tax background
- Experience across Corporate and Personal Tax
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Commercial approach to advising business owners
