Real Estate Corporate Tax Manager - Urgent Requirement

The Opportunity

A well-established tax and advisory practice is looking for an experienced corporate tax specialist to take on a Manager role within its real estate tax team in London. The practice works with property-sector clients ranging from major investors and developers to fund structures, and this role sits at the heart of that offering, managing compliance work while helping shape how the team continues to grow.

You'll work alongside specialists from across tax and wider advisory teams, giving clients access to joined-up, sector-specific expertise, and you'll have genuine scope to build your own client relationships and take ownership of how engagements are run.

What You'll Be Doing

* Taking day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of property-sector clients, ensuring corporate tax compliance and reporting work is delivered to a high standard
* Reviewing tax returns and provisions, and acting as a go-to technical resource for less experienced team members
* Developing genuine, long-term relationships with client contacts, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider
* Liaising with teams both locally and overseas to keep multi-jurisdictional work running smoothly

What You'll Need

* A recognised tax or accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or similar)
* Meaningful UK corporate tax compliance experience from either a professional services background or an in-house tax function, real estate exposure is a strong plus
* Good technical grasp of UK corporate tax, including how it applies to property structures such as partnerships and trusts
* A track record of managing client relationships and running complex projects to completion
