I’m working with a leading UK accountancy & advisory group looking to strengthen its Corporate & Business Tax team with an experienced Mixed Tax / OMB Tax Manager.

The opportunity here is to develop into a genuinely well-rounded OMB adviser. You’ll work closely with Partners, advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and family groups throughout the full business lifecycle.

Your advisory exposure will include:
• Business restructures & reorganisations
• Succession planning & share buybacks
• EMI, growth shares & tax valuations
• EIS / SEIS
• Corporation Tax, Income Tax, CGT, IHT, VAT & SDLT
• Wider commercial and strategic tax planning

You’ll also work alongside specialists across Private Client, Corporate Finance, Legal and Financial Planning, giving you exposure beyond a traditional Mixed Tax Manager position.
