Bringing together transaction specialists across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Restructuring and Fund structuring, this team delivers end-to-end support across the deal lifecycle, from acquisition through transformation to exit. Working on both buy- and sell-side tax due diligence, structuring, funds flow, tax modelling and SPA reviews, you’ll gain deep UK technical expertise alongside a strong commercial understanding of what truly drives value in a transactions environment.

Your responsibilities as a Manager
You will build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering a consistently high standard of tax advice and client service. You’ll play an active role in growing the portfolio by managing existing relationships effectively and supporting new business development opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll lead the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence combined with a practical, commercially focused approach.

You’ll also contribute meaningfully to the leadership of the team, supporting strategy and operational direction, while coaching and developing junior team members to help them perform at their best.

Responsibilities
We’re seeking an experienced UK tax professional with strong review capabilities and proven expertise in Restructuring Tax, alongside solid tax compliance experience. You will be degree qualified and hold an ACA, ATT, CTA or equivalent international/law qualification.

You’ll bring excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and manage your time and budgets with confidence and accuracy.
