VAT Assistant Manager or Manager – Midlands, North-West or Yorkshire : £Appropriate for experience

● Rapid expansion at this private equity backed regional accountancy firm has led to the need for this hire – an advisory role to assist the Head of VAT with delivery and growth of the VAT advisory service line.
● Various acquisitions of smaller practices around the UK have contributed to the enhanced workload and the need for further expertise – one thing’s for sure, there’ll be plenty of variety of client work to tackle straight off.
● Hybrid working is three days a week in the office – and whilst this can be in any of their offices around the UK, it would make sense for the person to physically based in the West or East Midlands, North-West or Yorkshire for practical ease of collaboration.
● Ideally you’ll have a few years’ VAT advisory experience gained in an another professional services firm in the UK; although those with UK VAT compliance profiles may also be considered providing they have the capability to grow into advisory work.
